No. You can book directly with us for any of our seven services. If a referral is needed afterwards for medical follow-up or a funding claim, we will advise once we have performed a benefit check if it’s required.
Most South African schemes cover diagnostic hearing tests, and many contribute towards hearing aids from savings or a dedicated device benefit. We do the benefit checks and deal directly with your medical aid on your behalf, we sort everything from quotations, motivation, claims and everything in-between.
